I believe that God has called me to write, and this series is my attempt to sift through my motivation and intentions, the purpose and the process. But never can I trust my own tendencies. Daily I need to sift my aims using the colander of scripture.
When the white screen glows before me, I must first consider:
For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ. Galatians 1:10
