The China Center for Adoption Affairs just announced the December referrals. I would love to say that there was a Christmas miracle, but I can't. They referred only six days.
We refuse to give up our hope and faith. We have no doubt that Claire is in China, and that she is meant to be our daughter. These tiny LID groups are disheartening though. We must remind ourselves that God's timing is perfect. As distant as this seems, no mistakes are being made.
