We enjoyed Turkey Day at Jen & Mike's yesterday. Mike's sister, brother-in-law and nephew joined us from VA as well. We had fun eating two turkeys & sides and having fun with the kids. It was turkey mania! Mike & Jen fried one and baked another.

I always like the deep fried turkey best - but then again, if you can deep fry a pickle, a snickers, a twinkie, a tomato, etc., as Steven says you can deep fry anything and make it good :-)
