Be Well, Little One

Dear Evie,
Three little pictures of you have wrecked us.  We've studied each one, every detail.  We love your pigtails and the cupcake on your shirt.  We've searched your eyes and noticed how tiny your little arms are. Love Without Boundaries takes such good care of you.   Our gratitude to them can not be measured.

A couple days ago, they let us know that you aren't feeling well.  Baby girl, your mommy and daddy love you and this news was hard on our hearts.  They made plans to send you to a hospital in Shanghai.  We started praying and haven't stopped.

Love Without Boundaries posted your picture and asked for help paying for your hospital bills.
Did you know you have an army of people who love you?  They are strangers, friends and family.  People who have followed your little life and loved you, people who tried to adopt you and others who sponsor you.  Almost a hundred people shared your photo and asked people to pray.
You turn two on December 12, and you are a miracle, an over and over again miracle.

In twenty-four hours, God had moved in the hearts of many and $7,320 was donated for your care. The words "fully funded" was posted by your photo.  Our gratitude is immense.  Another miracle for you, my girl.  Let's never forget how God provides, OK?

How grateful we are for a nanny who flew with you from Beijing to Shanghai.  Now you are all checked in at Fudan University Children’s Hospital.  Your little face looks scared.  Hospital time is something you are way too familiar with.

We'd jump over mountains to be standing by your side, Evelyn.  Know that your mommy and daddy are with you at heart though.  Life's moving on around us, but it is you who has our heart.  You that we can't stop thinking about and you that we pray without ceasing for.

Someday soon, we'll step off a plane in China and you'll never be alone again.

Until that time, we thankfully have been given a miraculous peace.  Little one, you have a Father in heaven who loves you far better than we could.  We refuse to assume that we are more valuable to you than He is.  We refuse to submit to fear because He's shown us again and again that YOU matter to Him.  He provides for you over and over.   We expect more miracles and more blessings.

Be well, little love, be well.
We love you, even more than cupcakes.

I can only imagine how your heart hurts to know your little one is in the hospital again without you. Praying for your sweet family to get those babies home soon! Let me know where your paperwork sits so I can see if there is anything I can do to speed things up.

Our heart hurts for our little Granddaughter so far away however we are comforted knowing that God has his arms around you and will take care of you. You will soon be home and we will finally be able to share our love in person. In the meantime little one our prayers are unceasing for you.
We love you!

Little Evie,
You have four big kid friends here praying for you ( and their parents too). They ask their mom questions about you, questions that she can't even answer but we continue lifting you up, asking for your complete healing. We can't wait to hear that your mommy and daddy are on the way to get you. Until then, we know that your Father in Heaven is watching over you. Blessings to you little Evie.

I saw the LWB post, but I didn't make the connection between the post and little Evie, even though I thought she looked familiar to me. Praying for her and for you!
