About a Boy

 photo Eli_zpsf3f0ac81.jpg

This boy.
The eyebrows, the smile, the shirt.
He is almost just too stinkin' much.
We only have a few pictures, and they've been looked at 2,621 times.

The girls are constantly pointing out boy things that we "MUST have" for their brother.
They are expecting trains, superheroes and bugs to enter our world.

This family is ready to learn about a boy.

His room still needs a paint job, but his backpack is hanging.
His drawers are filled with little man things.

Three letters, and some wooden trucks, claim his space.

His books are waiting for time spent on a mommy and daddy's lap.

The first day we started transforming the guest room into Eli's room,
his sisters searched the house for "boy toys".

His bed has even been tested for comfort.

We're ready for our little boy roommie.  Ready for a son.  Ready to have our boy.

Our little man's paperwork was reported to have been "lost" or "stuck" in the system in China for several weeks.  We think mountains have moved for him though and our LOA (Letter of Acceptance) might arrive soon. Our agency requested that the CCWA manually input his file, and it looks like they responded.

China responded.
It's miracles upon miracles for this adoption.

Little boys are so special! We love our girls, but are so looking forward to having Eli become part of our family. He will be truly loved by everyone, especially his sisters. Can't wait for Eli and Evie.

Ahh! So cute! Congrats on your TWO new kiddos. They are both beautiful :) Out of curiosity, what is Evie's home city? I saw that she was originally from Jiangsu, which is where both of mine are from.

He is quite the little dude isn't he. Can't wait to take him fishing and riding my 4 wheeler.
