Not sure when the birthday of Dr. Suess became a week long national holiday. We'll just go with it though, as we had fun and the festivities made our girl read all kinds of Suess books.
Her school celebrated, and we obliged by dressing up, reading the books, watching the Lorax and munching on cat hats.
