Claire was crowned a three year old surrounded by her preschool buddies and homemade chocolate chip cookies to share. Mastering holding up three fingers took precedence over cheesing for the photogs.
At home, we celebrated with a birthday banner, some cake with chocolate icing, and some singing.
B-days aren't b-days without some carousing with pals,
so we invited some BFFs over for a mini party.
Older sister, and party planner extraodinaire, Sophia, decided long ago that Elmo would be the theme for her sis's special day. Why? Cause a dude clad in an Elmo costume and an advertisement sign stands on a corner near our street.
Spotting him results in a squeel and giggle every.single.time from Claire.
So, Elmo it was, and big fun was had by all.
