A Farm Full of Orange Happiness

Autumn just can't pass without our annual
(sneak in during the middle of the week)
visit to the pumpkin patch.

That patch full of orange happiness brings out some
serious joy in this team.
Photobucket
We go not to snatch up a couple of pumpkins and be on our way,
but to linger long.
Photobucket
Our favorite part?
The JUMBO pumpkins.
It is among those gi-normous fall icons that we snap pics, explore, touch, and play hide and seek.
Photobucket
The rest of the pumpkin farm is filled with other once a year treasures.
Photobucket
We run our hands over rows of hanging Indian corn.
Photobucket
We wonder why some pumpkins are smooth and others are bumpy.
Some are orange and some are white.
Photobucket
We walk through the covered bridge, munch on bags of salty popcorn, take a hayride, picnic and roll up our jeans and splash in the creek.
Photobucket
We go home happy, refreshed and in need of a good long snooze.

Thanks, pumpkin farm.  You still live up to the hype.

Beautiful family and photos!

I love that you chose the hot pink colors to wear. They really pop against the orange!

Happy Fall!
