It had been a while since we had seen my parents, sister and her family, so we decided a weekend getaway was in order. Being the refined tourists that we are, we thought it time to introduce our young to classical architecture. Our destination took us over the big pond the state line to see the Parthenon. The Nashville version.
We were in awe of the grand scale. We oogled at the massive Doric columns. We raced along the marble.
