We ordered a super simple care package to be sent to Claire through Ann at Red Thread China. She sent this picture of what she put together. It included a toddler photo album, a snuggly and a translated letter. She requested updated photos, and we are anxiously hoping that some are sent. Come on photos!

Sweet! You just wait till you get there and you are holding that lovely Claire and they give these things back to you! Weep, weep. They gave us all of the gifts we had sent to Joel about an hour before we met him. It was surreal sitting in his orphanage holding those things again. And now, they are part of every day life for him. Surreal.
Now, I'm with you! Bring on the photos!
It is amazing to imagine Claire snuggling that blankie! It will be wonderful when you can hold Claire, (who I imagine will be holding that blankie) when you pick her up for the first time!
