The CCAA just announced referrals through March 22, 2006. 2 days. We are LID October 27, 2006. We are now 220 log in days away from Claire.This wait is so far outside of our understanding that we no longer seek to explain it. We don't try to estimate when we'll get our referral, other than saying that we don't think it will happen in the next few years. Sometimes faith is unexplainable. It isn't easy. We believe that adoption is something that we are supposed to do. Just because our view of the future is cloudy, doesn't mean that it isn't planned out FOR us. It just isn't planned out BY us. Our life is not our own, and that is alright with us. We don't seek the ordinary road for our family.
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. (Deuteronomy 31:8)

I am so blessed by your attitude and your perserverence as you wait for Claire. What an example of the believer and patience in God's timing!
Your outlook and insight is refreshing and no doubt pleasing to the Lord. I was just working on our new blog header for when we travel. Jase designed it {it's the best one he's ever done IMO} and I was just putting the Scripture at the bottom...Proverbs 13:12, "Delayed hope makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true, there is life and joy." Pretty amazing, huh?
He has led you to this point and He will continue His work in you. Keep the faith.

I am a big believer in timing! Everything will happen when it is supposed to. The wait is still tough though!
