March 8th, 2006. Two big stinkin' days. We are now 234 Log-In-Days away from Claire. The future is looking pretty stinkin' (it needed to be used 2x) uncertain right now. Both Mark and I are experiencing position changes within our jobs, and the future of our family is not crystal clear. Lots of unknowns in our world.

Both Mark and I are experiencing position changes within our jobs, and the future of our family is not crystal clear. Lots of unknowns in our world.
Lucky for us, we have hope. We believe that God's plan for us is much better than our plan for us. Despite all the scary unknowns, the future looks bright. So bright in fact, that we gotta' wear shades.
We choose to live like Sophers does. She wakes up with joy. She doesn't know what the day will bring, but she has a good feeling that it is going to end well. All she knows is that her mother and father love her, and that we have her best interest at heart. To her (and us) that is enough.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

I was reading the Rumor Queen yesterday and saw that...2 dumb days. I'm sorry. Thought of you and can't imagine how hard the wait is. You're right though...our God is living and active and has a plan.

I like the way your girl lives :) Disappointing batch again! We are also true believers that there is a plan, it's not always our plan tho'. We recently submitted our MCC to CCAI. Your little peanut is growing up - love the jumpy pics.

I do know that those two days were monster days in March! Now that they are done, let's hope they get much further next time! Hang in there!
I learn more and more as I get older that life is full of uncertainties (not sure I spelled that correctly) - we can only trust in the Lord that we will make it through to his destination. We love you guys!
Wish we knew how many kids where referred each month. If we knew that the numbers remained static the days wouldn't be such a big deal. Anyway... trust and faith is what will pull us through.
BTW, your munchkin sure is getting big and just as cute as ever!
It's hard, huh? Hard to know what to do. Hard to believe you'll ever see that beautiful little face. Hard to trust.....really, really trust. But, we know God calls us to this, so we do, even when it is hard.
We're right there with ya! And, OH the JOY when the wait is done!!!
